Storytelling and Creative Dramatics
Stories provide a springboard for improvisation and creative dramatics. In this workshop, teachers will listen to a story and experiment with a range of follow-up activities that include exploration of voice, movement, and character.
We recommend two
hours for this workshop. It supports core curriculum content standards
in the visual and performing arts (1.1; 1.2; 1.3; 1.4).
